I. Shipping Fees

  1. Shipping fees are calculated based on your specific delivery address.

  2. Additional shipping fees may apply if your address is in a remote area.

  3. The exact shipping fee will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your purchase.

  4. We offer free shipping for orders with a total amount of 14,200 JPY or more.

II. Order Shipping Time

       Processing Time + Transit Time

  1. Order Processing Time:
    After placing your order, we typically need 3–6 business days to process and prepare your costume for shipment. This includes quality inspection and packaging.

  2. Order Transit Time:

    • For locations within mainland Japan: Approximately 4–6 business days.

    • For remote islands and isolated areas, the estimated transit time is 4–12 business days. These areas include:

      All regions of Okinawa, all regions of Kagoshima (except Kagoshima City), Tokyo’s Izu Islands (e.g., Oshima, Toshima, Niijima, Kozushima, Miyakejima, Hachijojima, Mikurajima, etc.), and Ogasawara Islands (e.g., Chichijima, Hahajima, etc.).

  3. Important Notes on Delivery Time:

    • Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, local holidays, severe weather (e.g., typhoons, heavy snow in Japan), or unforeseen logistics delays.

    • During peak periods (e.g., major holidays, trade shows), processing and delivery times may be extended. Thank you for your patience during these times.

III. Tracking Your Order

        You can monitor your order’s entire journey from our warehouse to your doorstep at any time.

  1. Tracking Number:

    • Once your order is shipped, we will send you a "Shipment Confirmation Email" containing your tracking number and a link to the tracking page.

    • After receiving the email, please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking information to be activated and updated.

  2. How to Track:

    • You can track your order directly on our website using the provided link.

    • Additionally, once the package enters Japan, you can track it using the tracking number on the official websites of the relevant international courier companies (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) or Japanese local delivery services (e.g., Japan Post, Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express).

IV. Customs Duties and Consumption Tax

  1. Recipient’s Responsibility:
    All prices displayed on our website do not include any Japanese import duties or consumption tax.

  2. Payment on Arrival:
    These fees (customs duties and Japan’s 10% consumption tax) are the sole responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by Japanese customs or the local delivery company upon the package’s arrival in Japan or before delivery.

  3. No Refunds for Fees:

    • We cannot refund any customs duties or taxes paid by the customer.

    • For inquiries or refunds related to these fees, please contact Japanese customs or the relevant tax authorities directly.

  4. Transparency:
    We strive to be transparent about potential fees. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to bear these potential import fees.

V. Delivery Issues and Redelivery

  1. Failed Delivery and Storage Period:

    • If delivery in Japan fails (e.g., recipient is not at home, address issues), the local courier will leave a "Non-Delivery Notice."

    • The package will typically be held at the local post office or courier office for a maximum of 7 days (including weekends and holidays) from the first delivery attempt.

    • The recipient must contact the local courier directly within these 7 days to arrange for redelivery or pickup.

  2. Return to Sender:

    • If the package is unclaimed or no redelivery is arranged within the 7-day storage period, it will be returned to us (the sender).

    • In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and any new shipping fee for resending the item. Refunds for the product cost may be deducted by a restocking fee.

  3. Incorrect/Incomplete Address:

    • If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will bear all related shipping fees (original, return, and reshipment fees). Please carefully verify your delivery details.

  4. Lost or Damaged Packages:

    • In the rare event that your package is lost or severely damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number.

    • We will initiate an investigation with the courier. Once the courier confirms loss or damage, we will arrange a full refund or reshipment according to your preference.
