I. Canceling an Order

     You can cancel your order at any time before we ship it out.

II. If You Cannot Receive the Package Due to an Unclear Address or Long-Term Absence

  1. Packages will be stored for approximately 3 to 8 days. If you do not collect the package within this period, it will be returned to our store.

  2. We will send you an email indicating the storage period of the package and the delivery office where it is being held. Therefore, please be sure to contact the delivery office directly within the storage period.

  3. If the product is returned to us due to customer-related reasons (such as an unclear address or long-term absence), it will be regarded as a "cancellation due to long-term absence," and you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fees. Please note this.

III. Undelivered Orders

  1. If the package has not arrived or is lost after more than 1 month of shipping, we can either reship the item or provide a full refund.

  2. We will not offer any compensation if delivery fails due to the recipient’s fault (such as an incorrect delivery address/refusal to accept the package, etc.).

IV. Defective Products

  1. The fabrics used in cosplay costumes are much more complex than those of regular clothing. They usually have many prints, so they are not as durable as ordinary garments.

  2. Due to long-distance transportation, the clothes may appear wrinkled or uneven during delivery, which is a normal phenomenon. You can refer to the [Ironing Guide] in the guidance section at the footer of our website for ironing instructions, and the clothes will quickly return to a smooth state.

  3. After receiving the package, please check if the product is complete. If there is any missing item or damage, please send an email to service@bkmall.cc with your order number and details of the issue, and our team will handle it as soon as possible.
