I. Conditions for Return/Exchange

  1. Time Limit:
    Only items for which you contact customer service within 5 days of delivery are eligible.

  2. Product Condition:

    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

    • All original accessories (labels, tags, attached ornaments, original packaging, etc.) must be intact and included.

    • When trying on the item, please be careful to avoid stains from foundation, perfume, pet hair, etc.

  3. Ineligible Products:

    • Underwear, socks, wigs, accessories, etc., will not be accepted for return or exchange once worn or opened, for hygiene reasons.

II. Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact Customer Service:

    • If you wish to return or exchange an item, please be sure to contact us in advance via email at service@bkmall.cc.

    • When contacting us, please provide the following information:① Order number② Name of the product you wish to return/exchange③ Reason for return/exchange④ (If the item is defective) Photos or videos of the defective part

  2. Return Authorization and Address:

    • After receiving your inquiry, if your return/exchange request is approved, we will send you the return address and detailed return instructions via email.

    • Please note that returns without prior approval will not be processed.

  3. Returning the Product:

    • Please pack the product securely and send it back using a trackable delivery method.

    • Be sure to retain the tracking number and inform us of it.

    • For information on return costs, please refer to the "About Return/Reshipment Fees" section below.

  4. Receipt and Inspection of the Product:

    • Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect its condition.

    • Once it is confirmed to meet the return criteria, we will process the refund or exchange immediately.

III. About Refunds

  1. Refund Timeframe:

    • We will usually process the refund within a certain number of days after confirming the return of the product.

    • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    • Depending on the processing time of your bank or credit card company, it may take additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  2. Refund Amount:

    • If the issue is due to a defective product or incorrect shipment: We will refund the full product price plus the actual return shipping fees you incurred.

    • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind): Only the product price will be refunded. Return shipping fees and the original shipping fee (even for free-shipping orders, we will deduct the actual shipping cost we incurred) will not be refunded.

IV. About Return/Reshipment Fees

  1. Due to Our Store’s Responsibility:

    • If the product has manufacturing defects, is damaged, or was shipped incorrectly, all return and reshipment fees will be borne by us.

  2. Due to Customer’s Personal Reasons:

    • For returns or exchanges caused by personal reasons such as incorrect size or discrepancy with expectations, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees and the reshipment fees for exchanges.

  3. International shipping fees can be high, so please carefully check the size chart before placing your order.

V. International Shipping and Duties/Consumption Tax

  1. Duties and consumption tax incurred upon import into Japan are paid by you to Japanese customs or the delivery company when receiving the product.

  2. Our store cannot refund these taxes when processing returns.

  3. For inquiries about tax refunds, please contact Japanese customs or the relevant tax authorities directly.
