1. For customs clearance purposes, the person placing the order must use their real name and identity information that matches the payer’s details when placing the order.

2. Please ensure all information is true, accurate, and complete. Errors or omissions may result in customs clearance delays, delivery failures, or abnormal tax charges.

II. Confirmation of Order-Related Information

1. Product Information: Verify the style, size, and quantity of the cosplay costumes purchased (refer to the size chart on the product page to avoid returns or exchanges due to size discrepancies).

2. Payment Method: Confirm the payment channel (credit card, PayPal, etc.) and ensure the payment information is valid.

III. Common Issues and Tips

• Address Changes: If you need to modify the delivery address after placing an order, please contact customer service via email (service@bkmall.cc) before shipment. Address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.

• Remote Area Confirmation: Additional shipping fees may apply to remote areas such as Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands of Kagoshima Prefecture, etc. The system will automatically notify you of this after you enter the address.

• Information Verification: Please double-check all information before submission, especially the phone number and address. Errors may result in the package being returned (return shipping fees will be borne by the customer).
